Skillet Bread by Lua Marchi

 
 
 

Healthy, quick and gluten free skillet bread by @luamarchi , using our hydrated flour and almond meal. Add fig jam, brew a coffee and you have the perfect Sunday afternoon snack. We're in love with this recipe!


- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup Taoca hydrated flour
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (or any seed of your preference)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste
- pinch of bic soda or baking powder


1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Heat a skillet and once hot, spoon the dough on the skillet in about 6 small portions. Once golden, flip them over to cook the other side.

3. Give them a gentle press so they flatten a bit and when both sides are golden the breads are ready to be served.

4. Add jam for optimal experience. YUM!
